through KurtUSB DigiDirectT Interface. KurtSPC Software communicates with
Kurt DigiDirect Interface to capture data. This system offers substantial cost
benefit at Incoming Inspection (for Vendor quality), Final Inspection (With PDI
Reports). Mitutoyo Digimatic Dial, Micrometer, Caliper, Bore Dial Gage, Height
Gage, Surface Roughness Tester can be connected.
We also offer customized
Pre Dispatch Report (PDI), Final Inspection
Report (FIR), this will result into fast PDI, FIR Report Generations.
And they can be viewed at any time from the system. |

of Accurate or PFL Type of Baker Gage) can be retrofitted with our LVDT Probe
& KurtUSB Interface. KurtSPC Software interface communicates with KurtUSB/KurtLVDT
Module to collect data at amazing speed.
This highly accurate system
offers Live Dynamic measurement (Not available in any other system) to measure,
Basic Size like ID / OD,
Ovality, MAX / MIN simultaneously. Taper can also be calculated with ease.
Existing Air Plugs / Rings & Masters can be used. These systems
are ideally located near the machines & offer maximum benefit when used on
shopfloor.
Similarly Multigauging Fixtures can be retrofitted with this
LVDT Probe
