We always try to make KurtSPC - SPC Software to do all SPC work on users finger tips.

As a result of our R&D, we are highlighting on Mailing KurtSPC Reports and keeping Soft Copy of KurtSPC Reports for future reference and reporting.

KurtSPC has very good reporting features with selecting graph types, colours for text and graph bars etc., but the feature of Mailing these reports was not included. But now it is available to you.

You must have heard name of Acrobat Reader Software. This Software makes the file in one of the best readable file format.
This software has some shareware tools to create PDF (File Extension) files. You are required to do the following to generate KurtSPC Reports Soft-Copy.

Steps:

1. Download (Printer Driver) PDF Writer.exe (1.23 MB) file from
   http://www.pdf995.com/download.html
   
2. Download (Free Convertor) PDF Convertor.exe (3.12 MB) file from
   http://www.pdf995.com/download.html
3. Double Click on Downloaded PDF Writer.exe File
4. Then Double Click on Downloaded PDF Convertor.exe. This will load the drivers to convert from one file format to another with name PDF995.
5. That's all now you are ready to take Soft Copy of your KurtSPC Reports
6. While taking Printouts from KurtSPC Software from the Available Printers List just select PDF995 and it will ask you for the File Name to create. Give the related file name and you can view file, mail file, keep it with you as backup.
7. The free version of PDF995 will display a sponsor page in your web browser each time you create a PDF file.
