In this article we will focus on Hidden Features of KurtSPC Report Setup. This article will help you taking KurtSPC Printouts in various formats and colours.

KurtSPC is very flexible enough to make your SPC Reports as you want.
Following are some of the tips;

1) To take the printouts first you select and graphs from Graph Configuration Window and then click on File --> Print.

2) This will activate "Print Report" Window.

3) Here clicking on "Report Setup" Push Button will activate "Report Setup" Window.

4) In this window under "Report Setup" tab you will see;
Selection of Attributes attached to SPC Data.
Selection of Types of Graphs for Print.
Report Header, Report Footer

5) "Page Style" tab will allow you to change;
Header & Footer Text Colour
Page Text Colour
Page Background Colour
Border Colour

6) "Data Display" tab will allow you to change different report ingredients.
"Graph Colors" tab will allow you to change;
Plain Or Colour Report
and different Graph Ingredients.

7) "Graph Options" tab will allow you to select;
Graphs per page
Graph Zoom Level, etc.

8) "Data Selection" tab will allow you to;**
Select First and/or last subgroups to display
Select From Date and/or To Date
and many other selection criterias.

9) By Selecting "Part Summary" radio button in "Report Setup" window, you can print only Summary details of a part;
i.e. No Graphs, No Data, Only Part Summary Report.

More over you can make these changes as default settings, so next time if you want to take printouts, modified settings will be taken into consideration.
