TroubleShooting KurtSPC System

Dear Customer,

KurtSPC logs each administration event in its Log Table. This Log is very usefull to Administration in troubleshooting.
Columns in Log Table are as follows.

Event Type
3
Event Name
4
Category
5
Category Name
6
User
7
Description

In above columns Event Name, Category, User & Descriptions columns are very important.
Event Name & Category can be a Chart Name, Group Name, Part Name, Job Name, etc.
User will be name of KurtSPC User who performed action.
Description column stores action details.

To view KurtSPC Log
Select View --> Log.
Select Manage --> Filter Events.
Here you have various options to view Log Details.
Select (View From - First Event ) to (View Through - Last Event) OR Select Data-Time criteria.
Select the types of Information to be viewed. Select all checkboxes.
Go through Categories Frame. And Click Ok.

In the [Log View] Window all the Log Details will be filtered in Descending Order of Date&Time.

Double Click any Log-Event to view its full details.

You also have an option to clear Log Events but it is advisable to keep 6 Months Log for troubleshooting.
