SPC Summary Report of critical SPC parameter
Dear User,

Thank you very much for your overwhelming feedback / reply to our recent article Measure Size (Max / Min / Avg), Ovality, Taper in one stroke using KurtSPC LVDT System.

This article will focus on SPC Summary Report of critical SPC parameters from KurtSPC Software.

KurtSPC Statistics summary reports are required for;
monitoring process performance of selected critical parameters
crisp summary reports for your daily, weekly or monthly management review meetings
Eliminates time delay in seeking information from SPC operators/supervisors and available to everybody on network
SQL query applied from pool of data

KurtSPC offers Summary Report of part parameter's statistics using following query criteria.

1) Date & Time i.e. From "1-Jun-2004 7:00:00 AM" to "5-Jun-2004 11:00:00 PM"
2) Cp <, <=, >, >=, <> 'n' i.e. All Parameters with Cp < 1, Cp >= 1.67
3) Cpk <, <=, >, >=, <> 'n' i.e. All Parameters with Cpk < 1, Cpk >= 1.67
4) Cp between 'n' & 'n1' i.e. All Parameters with Cp between 1 & 1.33
5) Cpk between 'n' & 'n1' i.e. All Parameters with Cpk between 1 & 1.33
6) Subgroups <, <=, >, >=, <> 'n' i.e. All Parameters with Subgroups collected more than 500
7) Samples <, <=, >, >=, <> ‘n’ i.e. All Parameters with Samples collected more than 2500
8) Operator = ‘XYZ’ i.e. Data Collected by operator ‘XYZ’ or all operators
9) Computer = ‘ABC’ i.e. Data Collected on computer ‘ABC’ or on all computers
10) Group by Operations i.e. Display Parameters Operation wise or simply list the parameters

Referring Summary Reports is far easier then referring individual SPC reports for managers.

5) Group Name: Data Collected for a Group i.e. Operation 15) Range: Range value from Data Collected
6) Group Description i.e. Operation Details 16) %Above: %Above from Data Collected i.e. Above Specification
7) Part Description 17) %Below: %Below from Data Collected i.e. Below Specification
8) Parameter Name 18) Cp
9) Parameter Description i.e. Specification +/- Tolerance 19) Cpk
10) Gage ID: Parameter’s Data Collected by i.e. Measuring Instrument details 20) SBar: Sigma Bar
