This article will highlight on GAGEtrak Toolbars. Toolbar is a shortcut, which is available in all Data Entry forms of GAGEtrak. And which performs same operations through out.

Below is an image of GAGEtrak Toolbar buttons.

Mark	Action Description
	Use this button to create new record. i.e. New Gage Entry, New Calibration Record, etc.
	Undo changes that you have made to a record. You can also press "Esc" two times to undo record.
	Delete Record. i.e Delete Gage Record, Calibration Record. GAGEtrak 'Security Rights' controls these actions.
	Cut a Selected Text or record itself
	Copy a Selection or record, You can paste them in Notepad, Excel, etc.
	Paste Selected Text or record
	Show 'Form' - default setting
	Show 'Datasheet' i.e. Spreadsheet for quick view. You can select multiple records using mouse and paste them in Excel.
	Find in current view. Same as finding a text in Excel. Place the cursor in the field you want to search. You can also press "Ctrl + F"
	Continue finding next using same criteria
	Find & Replace. Place the cursor in the field you want to search. You can also press "Ctrl + H".
	Quick Filter, use this feature to filter any records. Below is Gage Entry - Quick Filter screen. Select the values and click 'Find' button.
	Show All Records. This will clear selection criteria if any applied and displays all records.
	Sort Ascending. Place cursor in desired column and click on this button. GAGEtrak will display all records in ascending order of that field.
	Same as above. Only difference, records are displayed in descending order
	Close the form, and go back to the main window.
Q: Ans:	How to Save Record? On left side of the window, you will find a long & thin button. When you are in editing mode it changes to and when you click it, it changes to . You can also press "Shift à Enter" same time to save.
