Introduction
Production Department is dependent on Standard Room for duly calibrated gages. The requirement of gages varies from various parts manufactured by them. Standard Room is always on hook to make sure that Production is not disturbed due to unavailability of duly calibrated Gages.

In GAGEtrak, users can link the Gages with Parts. This helps them to take various combinations of report. When Production Department plans to produce “x” Part and intimate this to Standard Room in Advance, Stand Room Person can generate a report from GAGEtrak which gives a list of required Gages for “X” Part. The list also specifies which gages are calibrated and when. Along with these details, it also specifies where these gages are located. Accordingly Standard Room people will make provision for all Gages required and hand over them to Production People.

Action Description
1) Go to "Main Records" & Click "Part Entry"	2) Click on "New Record" to create new Entry.
3) Enter the required details, i.e. Part No, Description, Operation, Drawing No, etc.	4) To Attach Gages to this parts, Select gages from the list item.
5) Go to "Reports" Select & Click "Part Reports".
6) Sample Report Lists of gages that you need to use to inspect parts as you produce them
