It is required to support
all other modules. One base is required per KurtUSB system. The base
unit requires one standard 110/220 Volt outlet. The base also provides
the direct USB link back to the PC. All other modules receive power
from and connect to the USB port through the base module. One license
of the KurtSPC Data Collection software is included with the base.
Notes: The KurtUSB base can be installed with a maximum 5 meters cable
from the PC connection. The unit comes complete with a cable at this
length. Five modules can be interfaced into a single KurtUSB base.
Additional base modules can be purchased and interfaced to the same
computer with a single license of the KurtSPC software. For application
details on any module, please refer to the KurtUSB User Guide. |

It allows direct
connection for up to four analog devices. The card can be factory
configured for 0-10V, +/-10V, +/- 5V or 4-20 Mil. |

KurtUSB DC Control Supply
Module

|
It supplies
24 VDC power for the I/O module along with an integrated E-Stop circuit.
Depending on the application, the power module may not be required.
Consult factory for details. It provides 16 inputs and 16 outputs
at 24 VDC rated at 1 amp each. The inputs are automatic sourcing or
sinking. The outputs are individually fused and optically isolated.

The KurtUSB
DigiDirect,This is a fully self contained digital probe interface.
Power for the unit is supplied through the host computer via the USB
cable. It comes standard with four Mitutoyo digital interface connectors.
It can be used with digital Mitutoyo or Mitutoyo compatible devices.
Federal Maxium and Starrett adapter cables are also available as an
option. It will stream information into Excel, Lotus 123 spreadsheets,
or can be used with KurtSPC 6.0 Software system. |

KurtICS Industrial Computer
|

|
The KurtICS Industrial Computer is a truly
flexible and powerful SPC data management system. Fully IBM PC compatible,
the KurtICS Industrial Computer comes complete with Kurt's powerful
SPC software programs supporting Variables and Attribute charting
and full statistical reporting. With simple and straight forward operator
interface, the Kurt Check quickly provides SPC data collection, charts
and statistics to help the operator keep processes centered and in
control.
Direct Gage Interface - The KurtICS Industrial Computer supports connection
to up to 800 different probes, gages or sensors, making multi-feature
data collection simple, reliable and cost effective. While managing
information, the KurtICS can also control complex processes through
I/O or communicate directly with machine tools for closed-loop control.
Designed as a shop floor data management tool, the KurtICS Industrial
Computer can be completely sealed to withstand the harshest environments.
